Intuit Launches New Secure Contact Options
Another Update — this for QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Customers:
At Intuit we are driving towards delivering a more secure, faster, and more personalized support for our customers. We’re launching the new One Intuit Help System. This new system will allow you to get your questions answered through a variety of channels. From within your updated version of QuickBooks, you can access the One Intuit Help System by selecting F1.
Here you will find the following new contact options:
Self Help: We’ve made it easy to quickly access answers to many of your common questions.
Chat: We have recently launched Chat for our QuickBooks Desktop Payroll customers. This feature will allow you to chat in with an expert agent to get your Payroll questions answered. It’s easy, avoids a phone call and our expert agents are eager to help.
Call Me Back: You no longer need to waste time waiting on hold. When you select Call Me Back you will be asked to provide your question, your name and the phone number to reach you. When you connect with us through your Quickbooks account, we know who you are and no longer need to answer all the verification questions.
Try these new contact options by logging into My Account and either press F1 or click on Help > QuickBooks Desktop Help. Chat and Call Me Back are available weekdays 6 AM – 6 PM Pacific Time excluding holidays.
